By accessing or using The Big Line, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

The Big Line lets users create personal "Memories" for a given hour, customize the title, colors, description, link a media.
Users can also publish their memories on the collective timeline for $1.99 or 1 credit (⭐) in the limit of 10 memories for a unique hour in history.
Credits can be purchased by 3 different packs and can be used to publish more memories for a cheaper price.

2. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email and maintain a secure password. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse or illegal activity.

3. Memories and User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your Memories. By using the service you grant us a limited, reversible, non-exclusive license to store, display and process your content solely to operate the service. You must not upload content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing third-party rights, or otherwise harmful. We may remove content that violates these rules.

4. Visibility: Private vs Public Memories

Private Memories are visible only to you. Public Memories require either one credit or a paid transaction and become accessible via a public URL. Public Memories may be indexed or shared.

5. Credit Packs & Payments

Credit packs are sold via Stripe. Credits may be used to publish Memories. We do not store raw card data.

Refund Policy

Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days only if none of the credits in the pack have been consumed. Publishing a Memory (using credits or direct payment) constitutes delivery of the service and is non-refundable.

6. Sharing & Public Pages

Public Memories include title, description, date and a view count.
Users can link a cover image and set a stroke/dot color for each memory.
Users are responsible for content they choose to make public.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user-generated content, indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
